At SON’S, all your personal data will be stored with all relevant physical, administrative, and technical security measures, considering all factors related to the quality of your data and the required processing for the stated purpose.

Categories of Personal Data

SON’S may process one or more of the following categories of personal data, depending on whether you are a visitor, consumer, applicant, supplier, or customer of SON’S.

Processing of Personal Data

The purposes for processing your personal data will depend on the legal or commercial relationship you have with SON’S.

If you are a visitor, SON’S will process your data to maintain the security of its facilities.

If you are applying for a job vacancy at SON’S, your personal data will be processed to evaluate your information as part of the personnel selection process and to prepare the necessary legal documents for the employment relationship, should one be proposed.

If you are a consumer of products manufactured by SON’S, your data will be processed to monitor adverse reactions to medications, report them to the relevant authorities, and comply with applicable health regulations.

By accepting this Privacy Notice, you authorize SON’S to transfer your personal data to third parties when the aforementioned criteria are met. When these transfers occur, the receiving third parties will assume the same obligations regarding your personal data under the terms of this Privacy Notice or applicable personal data protection laws for government entities.

ARCO Rights and Consent Revocation

As the owner of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights, revoke any consent you have given us for processing your personal data, or limit its usage.

• SON’S will not disclose your personal data.
• In the case of data revocation, the use of your data may not always be immediately terminated, as legal or contractual obligations may require continued processing. Also, consider that for certain purposes, revoking your consent may prevent the fulfillment of the legal or commercial relationship you have with SON’S.

All information you provide through SON’S internet portals (and, if applicable, its social media profiles), including the Job Board platform, is subject to this Privacy Notice.

SON’S will request your consent to collect, process, and handle personal data concerning data processing and free movement as referenced in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016.

SON’S internet portals may contain hyperlinks to other sites that are independent, and for which SON’S assumes no responsibility regarding their privacy terms or legality.
