Enhancing Excellence: Instructor Training Workshop

At Laboratorios Química Son's, we have always believed in the importance of continuous training and professional development of our staff. As part of our efforts to maintain high standards of quality in our internal courses and training, we recently conducted an exciting Instructor Training Workshop.

The Instructor Training workshop was a specially designed initiative to strengthen our staff's skills in the effective transmission of knowledge and facilitation of internal courses and training.

The main objective of this workshop was to provide tools and didactic techniques that would help our instructors improve the quality and clarity of the courses they deliver.

During the Instructor Training course at Laboratorios Química Son's, essential topics were addressed to enhance our instructors' skills and the quality of internal courses.

These topics included:

Planning and Material Design: Instructors learned how to create clear and effective content, structuring courses logically, and using visual aids to facilitate learning.
Interactive Dynamics: Strategies to promote active learning through practical and collaborative exercises were explored, encouraging critical thinking and participation.
Effective Assessment: Techniques of assessment, from written tests to practical evaluations, were taught to measure progress.
Final Presentation: Instructors applied what they had learned by designing and delivering training modules, receiving constructive feedback.
